Triathlon, with a successional course, is a comprehensive sports event of view and resistance, which completely embodies the athlete’s physical energy, speed and techniques. Therefore the spectators should make good preparations before hand, such as the basic triathlon information and features, the race course, forbidden section of the course, spectator seats and its flow and time limit. While watching at the major venue, spectators should arrive on time, pass security check point and cheer warmly for athletes. When watching along the course, spectators should obey the organizers’ command, not pass across the course lest disturb the competition or hurt the athlete or himself. Moreover, don’t labber or pass water to the athletes, not even help athlete repair wrecked bike.
