"I feel satisfied with the result. I pushed myself really really hard. I'm good in every race; I'll train harder and harder. I'm very happy."

On his strongest part of the competition:

"Running is the best part of the competition, and I did pretty well at both the bike and running, though I didn't do well in the swimming. In the first two laps of the running, I surpassed the others, and I felt everything was right then."

On 2008 Beijing Olympic Games:

"I have only won the World Cup. Everything will be different next year. But I feel confident for the 2008 Games. I feel good on this course. It will be a good show for the spectators."

On the weather:

"The weather is good today. It is especially good for the racing part. And the temperature of the water (23 degrees Celsius) is not too cold for the swimming part. But I didn't do well in swimming."

"I'm good at the regular race. I kind of expected to win this time again. But this time, I tried to catch up with Atkinson Courtney (Silver medallist), but he was so fast. He improved much. I couldn't catch up with him. The training of mine was not so perfect in the last three weeks. I hope I can be better and come back next year if I'm qualified."

On Gomez Javier winning the game:

"It's very hard for me to win the gold medal, Because Javier is getting stronger and stronger after every race. And also I have injuries in my right leg. I just have to train very hard. And Javier is just too strong. I never can run as fast as he can."
